Because of its resistance against high temperatures, acid and lye, a good elasticity and optimal water absorption, Fibre is preferred for many kinds of brushes in the household like scrubbing brushes or bath brushes.

Today Fibre can be replaced with synthetic fibres in some cases.

Arenga fibres are made from the sugar palm, which grows in Indonesia. The fibres are coloured from dark grey to black, differ in their thickness and are up to 1,20 meters long. They are water- and oil resistant. Compared to other natural fibres, the Arenga-fibre is smooth and elastic.
